Industrial Powder Coating

Industrial Powder Coating, because of it’s hard wearing nature, is often the first choice when deciding product finish. Add in the other benefits, including lower cost, and it’s easy to see why powder coating has become so popular.
Applied electrostatically, the powder adheres to the charged parts. Curing to around 200ºC in the oven completes the process. When prepared correctly, powder coating forms a thick waterproof barrier, thus giving better resistance to corrosion. Solvents are not used, therefore powder coating is generally considered environmentally friendly. The finished product can be waxed and polished, just like any other paint finish.

Epoxy Powder Coating

Epoxy coatings give a hard and durable finish, and are usually recommended for use on internal fittings. The wide range of colours and gloss levels, along with their excellent chemical resistance, makes them fit many commercial requirements.

Epoxy Polyester Powder Coating

Recommended for indoor use, these coatings are known for their tough, but decorative finish. With increased heat and wear resistance, they are ideally suited to both domestic and office environments where a desirable appearance is required.

Polyester Powder Coating

Low cost, high performance and product variety, make this the most popular powder system for indoor and outdoor applications. This premium grade coating has excellent weathering and light fast qualities. Tough and flexible, its highly resistant to cracking and flaking.
